Chicken And Mushroom Stir Fry

Chicken and Mushroom Stir fry is a quick Stir-Fry recipe guaranteed to tickle your taste buds. Like most Asian style recipes, Soy sauce and Oyster sauce are the basic ingredients, although you can skip the Oyster sauce in this recipe and still get a good result. i prefer to add Oyster sauce cos I love the subtle sweetness it adds to Stir Fry. Chicken breast or thighs can be used for this recipe though I prefer thighs as they are juicier and more flavourful.
You can also mix and match your Vegetable choices for this Chicken and Mushroom Stir Fry recipe, you don’t have to go with my choice of vegetables. You can also add Broccoli or Leek.

  5. Hei! Beht why will I not try this? Your recipes have never failed me. It’s 2.54 and I’ve just brought out all the different types of meat stock I have so I can make the yam and plantain pottage in the morning. Right after that I’ll be off to the store to pick up the outstanding spices and corn flour to make this one. Yup. You got me salivating, and I’ll feed you back shortly.

  6. Tried the recipe, tasted great. My guests practically licked their plates lol and asked if I ordered the food from somewhere. Many thanks for this

  7. Hi,
Pretty easy to make. I switched the mushroom with shrimps. Also used soy sauce alone without oyster sauce and sesame oil.
    Turn out pretty nice.

    • Lovely feedback, it works without oyster sauce, you only miss the sweetness, that’s all. Glad to know you loved it, thanks so much…

    • Hi, sorry for the late response. Like Vee mentioned above, it’s helps the chicken fry tender and juicy. It coats the chicken so it doesn’t fall apart. It also thickens the sauce a bit. Hope this helps….
