Vegetable Stir Fry is one of the fastest dishes to whip up when you really feel like cooking but fancy a fast and easy healthy meal.
The main ingredient in this recipe is the Teriyaki Sauce. Teriyaki Sauce is a sweet/salty Soy Sauce blend which originates from Japan but also has an american adaptation. Traditionally, Teriyaki is Japanese cooking technique in which foods are either grilled or broiled, after being marinated in a soy sauce based sauce. It can be used as a marinade or cooking sauce. I have a quick and easy recipe for Homemade Teriyaki Sauce if you have trouble sourcing it. Click HERE for the recipe.
